FLAVORS

Our wedding cakes, celebration cakes, cookies and cupcakes are all made with only premium ingredients, local organic produce, and free-range eggs. Our menu is inspired by Malissa’s Italian influence and many of our products are sourced from top European suppliers in order to craft our uniquely special flavors. We use luxury French Valrhona chocolate, pure vanilla extract, and the freshest fruits and berries we can find. Our cakes are flavorful, fresh, and unmistakably delicious, in part because we invest in the best.

Chocolate cake with almond buttercream topped with hazelnut brittle and drizzled with Nutella

Traditional soft, moist and buttery, our crimson colored chocolate layer cake is filled with delicious cream cheese frosting
